Terms and Conditions – Dockyard Trading

Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Dockyard Trading. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services.
By accessing this site or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are
acting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

Services Offered

Dockyard Trading provides purchasing services for silver antiques, cutlery, bullion & coins, and liquidated/surplus stock
from private and trade sellers. All transactions are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any request
or transaction at our discretion.

Offers, Pricing and Payments

Unless stated otherwise, all offers and payments are in GBP. Our offers are based on the information and images provided and may be
amended upon physical inspection, testing or verification. Payment terms are agreed at the point of transaction and are typically by
bank transfer following collection or receipt and verification of goods.

Cancellations

You may withdraw from a proposed transaction before you accept our offer or before goods are collected/received. Once a collection has
been arranged, or items have been received by us, cancellation may not be possible. Where we have incurred costs (e.g., courier/administration),
we may seek to recover reasonable expenses.

Delivery and Collection

We aim to arrange collection within the timeframe agreed with you, but we are not liable for delays outside our control. Risk in the
goods passes to us upon our confirmed receipt. Please ensure items are securely packaged and accurately described; you are responsible
for damages or discrepancies prior to our receipt.

Returns and Rescission

As we purchase goods, returns do not usually apply. However, if items are materially misdescribed, counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited,
we may rescind the transaction and return items at your cost or dispose of them lawfully, as appropriate. We will act reasonably and
communicate the basis for any decision.

Compliance and Ownership

You warrant that you are the lawful owner of the goods and have the right to sell them. We do not purchase counterfeit, unsafe, hazardous
or restricted items. We may request proof of ownership and/or identification in line with legal obligations.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Dockyard Trading

without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Dockyard Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services,
including loss of profit, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability to you in connection with any transaction is limited to the total amount
paid by us (or payable) in respect of that transaction.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or
relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
